Khaled Kaloo has joined the Development Team as our dedicated App Developer. Khaled joined iSAMS in July and has taken over full responsibility for developing and upgrading a portfolio of apps that will serve teachers, parents and pupils. He is currently working on the Student Portal app which we hope to release in September this year. Following this, he will commence development work on the new Parent Portal app in order that
Nathan Whittington joined the Support team in July as a 1st Line Customer Support Analyst. Nathan will be providing first line support of a technical nature in response to Service Desk requests, ensuring a professional level of support for all our clients. He will also provide support and user guidance of the iSAMS system. Nathan joins the team with considerable experience and knowledge of MIS systems and has already received some highly positive feedback from our clients.
